Hmmmm...interesting. I saw another posted news article where Obama and others worked to get Pope Francis in office at the Vatican.
I truly despise any pope who tells wealthy countries that we need more sub human non white trash immigration while they live behind walls and don't care about us working class citizens who have to put up with the affects of immigration.
Funny that the pope won't condemn the drug cartels and those in power south of the border to protect their people so they can stay in their own country and make it better.
Funny that us Whites have to be diverse but no diversity for African countries, Muslim countries, or other non white countries.
To be fair, I've not met any Catholics locally that agree with the popes on some of this, but is another reason I hate the Catholic church.
I do agree that America would be much better off if we minded our own business, but I am happy that Trump demolished some of the cartels south of the border to rid the world of this menace.
I'm doubtful about this, but if someone can show me real proof and not from a communist (at this point) media outlet.
While I'm not happy about the Iran thing in general, let us remember Obama destroyed Libya which was perfectly functioning country for no good reason because Quadafi or however it is spelled said some unpopular things and even threatened to create a gold currency for Africa to use. But, no protests or outcry from the left.
During the first Trump administration, when the media made up lies about what the president said or what he intended to do, it was easy to discredit these hysterical accusations. The media was caught lying multiple times.
But during this second administration, the leftist media is still unhinged, but Trump and his cabinet almost daily behave in such brutal, loutish, and insolent ways that it's hard to put anything past them, media lies or not, and the Leftist media seems sane by comparison!
So does this story amount to one more media lie? Is the story plausible? Certainly! I could easily see that cocky pig Hegseth being the unnamed official who reached for a medieval weapon to threaten the pope with comical "hard-line" diplomacy. Do I think this really happened? Probably not, but hasn't this administration said and done even worse at this point? Repeatedly?
I agree with A Texan that Pope Leo (even though he seems like an improvement over Francis) is a purveyor of open borders and liberalization. I would support Trump confronting Leo about these things in a sane manner.
But it's like the old Trump was snuffed out, and the Left snuck in an actor to behave as the evil, cartoonish charlatan that they have shrieked about for the past eleven years. Contrived or not, that is the net effect!
One way or another, this Trump administration does nothing but discredit patriots and Christians all over the world who merely want to preserve their nations and the traditions of Christ our Lord.
Trump is definitely a mixed bag. However, I will never ever vote Democrat since they have made it clear they hate American citizens, especially Whites like me, want gun confiscation, support trannies, criminals, and other rubbish. Though I dislike Catholicism, Biden jailed peacefully protesting Catholic protesters. Trump pardoned them and the J6 political prisoners which was the right thing to do. Some of Trump's other pardons past and recent are not so great.
I'm more of a Ron Paul guy in the past, so Trump is less than ideal in some ways. I was fined by Obama care some years ago while unemployed and probably discriminated against for being a White male. One can't hate the left enough.

Texan, "everybody I disagree with is a communist" is really getting rather old. As for open borders, I heard there is another amnesty coming?
The war in Libya was certainly immoral plus it caused the refugee crisis. This current war is destroying the world economy. Does it really matter who is elected if they all serve the same agenda?
Sanne, you've made me realize that I haven't really studied this creature Hegseth. I only have sketchy knowledge of him. Mainly I've seen him as a dangerous joke and a sad caricature of the "Deus vult" internet phenomenon, like a WWE heel. But I never considered him worth taking seriously. For instance, what is his church? What is his theology? And where is his heart (if it isn't AWOL?) If there is a real man under the charade, what kind of man is he? Trump's going to die in a few years, and "MAGA" right along with it, but this bizarre political cohort on the so-called Right is going to still be around, even if broken for some years, and it will evolve and mutate to try to exploit well-meaning people. These questions are worth pondering.

I also heard that Doug Wilson said something along the lines that the Catholics in the USA should be forbidden to have any public demonstrations of their faith, but haven't googled it so not sure what were his words exactly.
About Hegseth himself, there are rumours that he drinks heavily and he was apparently accused of a rape attempt by a coworker but nothing came out of it (could be slander, of course).
Anyway, we live in historic times as the world order built after WWII is falling apart before our very eyes.
What freedoms do I have that a post WWII American did not? What freedoms did a 1960s American have that I do not? And what about that enslavement of Eastern Europe for almost a half century?
And that's why Europe sucks as a political entity. I guess promoting communism and violent Muslims is acceptable.
I realize you didn't vote for much of it, but that's a sad commentary. I really wish the Whites of Europe would get more violent and push the non whites back home where they belong.

Large families in Germany get quite enough gov-t support but White ethnic German women prefer career. Figures that AfD wants free daycare since their origins are in what used to be East Germany which was really communist and the state took care of the kids. I'd rather have the traditional family with the male breadwinner, the way we used to do it in the West, thank you very much. But AfD do have some good ideas, I'll give them that. One of their politicians suggested closing all the American military bases;)
I'm all for Europe taking care of itself on national defense and we could use that money here in the US on our citizens. I'm doubtful Russia has the man power to invade Europe and hold it and then what would be the use in that.
And yes, I'm well aware there is no longer any genuine communism in Europe, but the mentality of the state taking care of everything is still there it seems.
