Texas Elementary School Shooting

I was going to post a recipe today, but then read this:

18 Students, 1 Adult Dead

They are now talking about 19 students and 2 adults killed. I'm awfully sorry...

  1. It's truly horrific. I know there's video of the parents begging the police to go in and save their children, and even the police stopping them from going in themselves when it was clear no one was doing anything. But I can't watch it. I have small children, and I can only imagine what those parents were going through.

The mass shooting Pandora's Box got opened here in the last century, and until we have a complete societal upheaval, it isn't going to get better. Until the psychopaths can be recognized and institutionalized and the societal menaces hung long before they can commit mass murder, it will only go from bad to worse.

  2. Reminds me of a story where the British police were preventing the people from rescuing the children out of the burning house...They say the shooter was openly sharing his intentions on social media, yet no measures were taken. I guess nobody is really interested in what could happen to common folks. Now if some politician were threatened, that would be quite a different thing!

  3. Yeah, the Leftists, in always framing the issue about access to guns alone, distracts from the real problem of total societal decay. It's doubly stupid, because there are so many firearms here, and this land so large that disarmament is absolutely impossible, so their constant focus on guns prevents action on anything that could actually help in preventing this (like putting an end to single motherhood, a very common thread amongst mass shooters).

  4. Well, don't some people say that those shooters are often encouraged by various agencies' employees in online chats to carry out the crime, so that it could be later used as a pretext to restrict gun rights?

  5. Some say that, and I'm inclined to think there's something to it. It's very interesting the number of these psychopaths who were being "monitored by the FBI" when they went and murdered a bunch of people. Given the history of these three letter agencies, the ends justify the means doesn't even begin to cover the way they seem perfectly willing to use dirt people to accomplish their designs for utopia...

  6. I think for many people it's easier to believe in conspiracy theories than in the governmental incompetence, but it could be both for all I know:) One should never underestimate the stupidity of various gov-t employees.

  7. I think the feds had a hand in this one as well. How did this guy and the one in Buffalo, NY get the money for those weapons? Nothing makes the left happier than dead people to push their anti-civilizational agenda.

  8. It's my impression (and I could be wrong) that any fed involvement mostly consists of encouraging people to commit some criminal act, and that there were even court cases when it was proven to have happened...
