Reason n1. Because white is not a nation, it's a race. Outside of the USA people tend to think of themselves in terms of ethnicity first. Like being Dutch, German, French, etc. Identifying themselves by racial categories first and foremost is more of an American thing really.
n2. Especially American WNs have this romantic notion of "white unity". Well, this white unity doesn't exist. One look at European history through the ages is enough to disabuse one of any such illusions, as nations which are practically cousins like the German and the French kept fighting each other for centuries. In fact, imo if European nationalists ever come to power again and kick out all non-whites, they will just go back to hating their "white brothers" from a different country as usual.
n3. "White race is great! We created civilisation! All non-whites are stupid and barbaric!"
Ever heard of this? The truth is, human civilisation as we know it was born in the Middle East and the Mediterranean, and those folks aren't exactly "white'' the way WNs understand it. This brings me to the next claim
n4. "Whites used to be great! Christianity made them weak! We should all go back to the Viking times!"

Vikings also used to raid countries like Ireland and sell their white brothers and especially sisters into slavery in the Middle East.
Christianity is what made Whites great. Now that Christianity in Europe is dying, people are reverting to the mean in rapid tempo.
n5. Used a lot on American "conservative" resources: "Europe is full of non-white immigrants! They are dying out!" The truth is that every European country is still considerably whiter that the USA. But Europeans are dying out because they refuse to reproduce, even when bribed by the government money. The most superior race on Earth has yet to figure out replacement fertility.
n6. "Whites are superior to everyone else, it's just that they are heavily brainwashed." Now, I'll be the last to deny that there is a lot of brainwashing going around, that many Western governments are downright malicious and that there are certain "nefarious agents" who are pushing their depopulation agenda very heavily. But what happened to personal responsibility? You can't be superior to everyone else and so easily duped at the same time.
n7 "All crime in White countries is only done by non-whites! White people never ever do anything wrong! Look at this immigrant, e.g!"
What happened is obviously horrible, there is no denying it. But how about this case?
No race has monopoly on evil people. And btw, concerning the 1st case which is used by American conservative outlets yet again to attack Great Britain. This man was not an illegal immigrant, he had French nationality. Individuals with European passports have the right to stay in UK up to 6 months at a time. May be ask France, why did they decide to naturalise him? Also with a name like Kevin he is most definitely not Muslim. But then I noticed that for many American "conservatives" all foreign criminals are always Muslim, and non-whites which identify as Christians are often magically counted as Whites.
Because all Muslims are brown, right? Like this Turkish guy:
And Islam doesn't belong in Europe, because Albania and Bosnia are obviously in Africa.
n8 and this will be the last for today. "No country outside White Western Europe ever had a civilisation! White people went everywhere and civilised everyone." Like the Germans in Namibia, for instance...And let's not even talk about the British in India.
To sum it up, every race has good and bad people and has done good and bad things. And it is Christianity which created Western Europe and later the USA and made the Western civilisation great, despite all our drawbacks. That's all for today...
Your points are valid, Sanne, though sometimes the term "white nationalism" suggests some solidarity among European ethnic nations rather than the idea of forging a unified racial super-nation. Historically Europe has shown periods of such solidarity at times. At least the idea of civilizational or racial blocs is more practical than today's globalism or international cosmopolitanism.

I've known a fair number of decent and intelligent white nationalists over the years, and I have a lot of sympathy, but there is unfortunately a large anti-social element among self-described white nationalists that all-too-often boils down to stupid, dysfunctional, and/or cut off from reality. The case isn't as bad as it was 20 years ago, but it's still a real problem.
What a lot of these people can't seem to understand is that the picture isn't just about race. So many of them exemplify every common social and moral trend except on this one question of race. But it's this corruption of our morals after the rejection of our Faith that brought us here, as you repeatedly point out!
May God have mercy on us and help us to repent!
The fact of the matter is that race, IQ, and culture matter. The problem is that libtards, conservatards, and libertardians won't admit that for any of their ideas to work, one needs a homogenous high trust society for any of their ideas to even sort of work. That culture and society is mostly White European. Christianity does deserve some credit to a point, but I don't think religion has really made people better. It's either inherent or it's not.
ReplyDeleteWhy can't Africa after they were left infrastructure created by Whites do anything for themselves? Sure, there are some smart Africans, but why are most of their countries and cities total poop holes? They can't even be bothered to pick their trash off the street and such.
China? The corruption there is amazing not that Europeans don't have corruption. It's not dysfunctional in your face corruption - yet. India? Same. Some Asian countries like Japan are pretty good, but not a society I would want to live in unless there were worst choices.
It is interesting that Europeans were fighting each other over some stupid religion ideas for centuries. Kind of like the misnamed 'Native Americans' that were not exactly nice people to each other though it really begs the question as to why the 'Natives' of North America could not build ships and make better weapons and go invade Europe.
The Vikings really did get around for a long time. Vikings went south into the Mediterranean and into the Black Sea and up those rivers into Eastern Europe at one time.
For me, there ain't nothing like be'in a White Supeuropean. Funny that everyone else can show some pride except Whites.
ReplyDeleteAlso, your pics are historically not telling the whole story. The fact of the matter is that Ancient Egypt was caucasian. Those pyramids and Sphinx though are probably more like 10k to 12k years old.
And the Vikings did have some amazing metallurgy and navigation skills, so a long wooden hut does not tell the whole story. That long house looks similar to what Native Americans would have built in some parts of North America depending upon resources.
It is so difficult for people who are extremely conscious of race hate to admit that Europe was barbaric before Christianity and thrived only after encountering Christianity. Why? Because Christianity demands allegiance, demands renouncing the god of self, and puts strict moral boundaries around what we do with our bodies.
ReplyDeleteThere is a prideful streak in all of us that 1)wants to cling to our sinful ways of being and doing, and 2) wants to relish in our superiority over others, rather as individuals or as groups. To acknowledge that Christianity powered Western Civilization is to acknowledge that it is quite possible for Christianity, if embraced as it was in Europe, to propel other people groups.
I'm a black American, and I am not at all convinced that we are all equal in every way but for the melanin count. I think that's pie in the sky and a way of -pardon the phrasing- white washing away what are observable differences in various groups of people.
But at the end of the day, and we are watching this in real time as Christianity is fading from the Western scene, there is no denying that cultures shaped by Christian thought and values are exponentially better than those which were not. Sadly, the west is devolving albeit slowly, into what happens when transcendence is erased in favor of humanism as the ultimate good.

Janus, sure, European countries often had alliances with each other, but they were mostly based on ideology and profit, and certainly not on race. The Catholic Church did try to forge some unity, but it fell apart during the Reformation. So it's like 500 years ago we are talking about. I'll give you just one example from Russo-Turkish war:

Texan, we are talking here specifically about White Nationalists. Yes, race matters, but for WN's it's the only thing that matters. Though they are very inconsistent in their beliefs and often switch from race to religion like Islam. Which again shows how stupid this ideology is because Muslims come in all colours, just like Christians;)

They don't even count Southern Europeans as such sometimes. Vikings also had amazing culture. They r8ped and pillaged through the whole of Europe, but at least they had figured out bathing, unlike the native British:
