Does Your Nagging Turn Your Husband Into A Woman?

I'm still having company around so instead of writing a lengthy post, I'll leave you with yet another link, this time it's an article dealing with testosterone decline in men, which among other things, can lead to the problems with fertility. According to the author, the number one reason of low testosterone is stress, which includes nagging wives. So it's true after all that bossy women emasculate their men:)

One thing I'd like to add, is that stress disrupts female hormonal system in the like manner, by producing high levels of cortisol, and that both sexes will benefit from good nutrition. So here is the article:

Causes Of Low Testosterone

Very interesting! And then women nagg because their husband's are not manly enough...

Cortisol also makes women gather weight around the waist rather than hips. I wonder if stress is one of the reasons why women do not seem to have waists anymore? Of course we do not wear girdles, so our waists cannot be that small, but it seems to me that most women are quite straight. If one is slightly bigger, as I am, it is very hard to find clothes that fit since all the manufacturers seem to think that women have no defined waist.

  2. Yes, I found it interesting, too. And apparently, being praised for achieving success in some enterprise boosts testosterone levels. Thus science proves once again the old-fashioned wisdom of books like Fascinating Womanhood which state that men by nature need to be admired and appreciated by women in their lives.

I think our whole materialistic life style influences us all for the worse, including our food, our unhealthy habits and the idea that the one who dies with most toys, wins. It all definitely contributes to stress and all sorts of unpleasantness. As for clothes, you can read in old books that people used to adjust store-bought clothes to suit them. Nowadays people simply care much less how they look.
