New Year Resolutions Are Good For You!

Here are some suggestions. A bit too much career-oriented, and n17 should be reserved for married couples only, but some ideas are really good. Certainly those about getting healthier, exercising, cooking, hobbies, organising your home and meeting new people. What are your thoughts on New Year resolutions? Do you ever make and keep them, or at least, try to? Feel free to share your experiences!

  1. I have never made new year resolutions. Never seen the point. If some action needs to be taken, I take it when the time is right. :)

  2. Well, there is something to be said about making a new beginning and all that, don't you think so?:)

  4. No. You look like a spammer, albeit a polite one, so I'll leave your comment for now.

  5. I don't believe in new beginnings. :) For example, if people want to loose weight, they shouldn't wait for "monday" or "new year" to start, but to start NOW. The only moment change can be made is NOW.

And if one is not ready to make changes NOW, there is no point making resolutions.

  6. I mean if one is motivated, action can be taken immediately. If one is not motivated, resolutions wont help.

  7. Well, I dunno. For me, there are periods in life. They don't always coincide with the beginning of a new year, but often they do. The sun turns to summer, the days start lengthening again, an ideal time for starting all over again:)
