Don't Waste Your Food

 An interesting article from ZeroHedge:

As more than one trillion U.S. dollars worth of food is thrown away each year, up to 783 million people are affected by hunger.

  1. Interesting, that France and Russia have least food waste. They still cook from scratch.

I still have hard time believe those number. I mean, I throw food away practically never. Sometimes a fruit can go bad so quickly that it has to be thrown away, but even that is rare because I am very picky when I buy them.

Well, sometimes there are really many bad potatoes and you cannot tell that in advance, if they are still covered in dirt at store, or if you buy them in a bag.
