I agree. It looks like a good idea. I am sure we don't have anyone doing that here in the USA. But we should. ( I mean make those little cards and hand them out when you pay cash. )
They look Australian. Here we have groups protesting cashless society but they don't share cards, they probably should! In Germany in some places you can only pay cash. We were in a restaurant once and my husband had to go find an ATM to pay the bill:)
