Some pics are from Limburg, others are from Germany (guess which:). I don't know about the statue, may be it's a mountain goat? My husband liked how it was decorated.
Austria is like more than a thousand kilometers away so I'm not sure it has anything to do with Heidi at all, but I'll take a look when I'm there next time:)
I doubt you can...Plus, when you drive through Germany, you'll have to pass the areas around big cities with horrible traffic jams. It's been quite some time since we last went South but I still remember it. You'll need to stop on the way to stretch your legs etc.

Counting from the top: 4, 6, 7, 8.

I decided to look up the distances.
ReplyDeletehttps://www.distance.to/Vienna/Amsterdam
Amsterdam to Vienna is only 936.72 km
However if you cannot drive in a straight line, it is 1188.98 km.
Those distances are very precise!
