yes, all these pics were taken in Germany. The tower in the photo n7 was built on top the highest mountain in the area (750m) which is actually a volcano to honour the last German Emperor in 1901 or around that time. We climbed both the volcano and the tower.
Pic n6 is from Trier which used to be a Roman capital (Augusta Treverorum), it's a Roman amphitheater which also made part out of the defence complex of the city. It was incorporated into city walls.
