Too many people still have this illusion that while "the Left" is bad and liberal, "the Right" is "based" and traditional. The truth is that the difference between the modern Left and the modern Right is more akin to the difference between Trotsky and Stalin.
Trotsky supported women working outside home, women in the government, women in all traditionally male occupations, women in the army, easy divorce, "free s8x" plus alphabet stuff and a8ortion on demand.
Stalin supported women working outside home, women in the government, women in all traditionally male occupations, women in the army, easy divorce, but somewhat disapproved of "free s8x'' and forbade the last two, and encouraged the wives of high state officials to stay home. So one could say he was somewhat better, but by no means traditional.
The same is partly true about the modern Right, except that the majority of right-wingers, especially in Europe wouldn't even dream about forbidding the last two points. So the difference is essentially that they somewhat disapprove of "free s8x" and don't mind that some women stay home. Christians with traditional views simply have no representation in the modern western politics. That's just a fact.

If the worthless Christian churches in America want to do something, then raise your kid not to be an a** clown and marry them off right out of high school so they don't go to college and 'fornicate' because we all know Jesus wants young people to be miserable in the end. Of course, this would require the parents between two couples to make some sacrifices financially and emotionally and they are not willing to do that, but then whine because none of them return to the church.

DeleteAs things stand right now, you're right, Texan. Marriage is a bad deal for men these days. Men are denied social leverage. Women are 'empowered' to do whatever they want while society pays for it. The men are sexually 'liberated,' too.
The Christianity that you despise might as well be the white people that you ought to despise, or the men in general that you ought to despise, if you would hold whites and men overall to the same standard as you do Christianity overall. White countries, manhood, and Christianity were all targets of the same social engineering. And the engineering was a success!
When Christianity was vigorous, it strengthened hierarchical gender roles that align with stable societies, and it aligned naturally with ethnic nationhood and collective order. If you don't believe me, just read books or newspapers from before the 20th century, and see how the writers just took these things for granted.
When sexual morals are loosened too far, and sexual relations disorganized, then peoples lose their cohesion overall, and they focus on their own vices and the chaos of their carnal decisions.

Christians with traditional views are so few in number, and so non-cohesive, that we are now even less of a societal or political concern than Muslim immigrant groups who take their own traditions seriously.
ReplyDeleteWestern Christians, as you pointed out, are mostly just worldly adherents to some earlier decade of liberalism while using some Christian ideals and practices to cope with the mess.
At least in America, the system has polarized the public into this right/left charade. (I wonder if Europe is partly insulated from this? I do see more of Europe vaguely aligning to it.) But nearly everyone (American or overall Western) of all stripes is a cultural feminist, and nearly everyone is a cultural liberal and moral relativist.
The governments of the West represent the spectrum of what the vast majority of people will endorse or tolerate, and if these governments are sick and corrupt, it's because they more or less match their peoples.
People from a 100 years ago would have actively revolted against the social policies that prevail today. The social rot runs very deep.
I don't know about all Europe, Europe is quite big;) It's certainly like this over here (I mean the political system) except that instead of 2 parties we have a whole lot. But the end result stays the same. The problem with the Protestant countries is basically that the citizens were taught by the church that they should obey the government no matter what. So they take their ideas from the TV. What is the problem with the Catholic countries, I don't know. Catholics over here are very liberal. Most don't attend the church regularly, unless they are old. But if you go to an English speaking service, the church is full of foreigners, mostly Africans and Asians, some Italians and sometimes Poles.

Someone told me that every Catholic bishop there has to sign the paper he will obey the state and promote its politics and values. The only other country which does something similar is China, as far as I know...
That is sad to hear. As much as I dislike Catholicism, it was disgusting what the Biden administration did to Catholics in the US who were peacefully protesting abortion. The Biden DOJ AG (attorney general) was no less than (((Garland))) if you know what I mean.

Texan, I'll watch the videos when I have more time. Aaron Clarey wrote a very nice review of my book, btw. What concern the church, I don't know how things are in the USA right now, but let me tell you that Christians over here are afraid even to name certain things in the church or read certain Bible verses because the unbelievers constantly accuse them of offending liberal sensibilities. Churches which still teach the Biblical ''gender roles" are accused of misogyny and s8xism and I personally watched a TV program where it was insinuated they should be forbidden. In the parliament they had a discussion that "we can't be as the USA" meaning traditional Evangelicals. You said that women are herd creatures more than men. I agree. Which means that men who attack these churches (including the TV crew) are downright malicious, and not just following the trend. You yourself hate Christianity and wish your country were more secular. Well, come to Europe then. We are secular but somehow life isn't very much better or more free. And if you think it's bad over here, please check the UK where people are arrested for tweets and the head of the church is a woman. We only had patriarchy because of Christianity.

DeleteMost Christians here in the US are normietards with a herd mentality and take the Bible as a literal thing. The good point about most of them is that they do work and mostly contribute to society. However, they usually vote for Barabbas over Jesus when given the chance, and then gripe about taxes and big government. In '08 and '12, I voted for the Christian Ron Paul who wanted as a Congressman to abolish the Federal Reserve, federal income tax, and abolish most of the federal government. Evangelicals didn't like him because he didn't boot lick for Israel. In short, like the libtards, even the conservatard Christians vote to make me and others a slave.
I went to public school in a small town where there about 3000 census population and a dozen churches. One Catholic church, three or so Baptists, a Methodist, a Lutheran, an LDS and some others that have come and gone. These people profess to use the same KJV but couldn't seem to get along that well. I can't say I was ever that impressed with them in general.
While appreciate art and music, I simply don't feel any connection to any religion. I don't enjoy sermons all that much and get little value out of it. I don't believe in resurrection, salvation, virgin birth, or hell. I don't believe that anything goes, but I don't like the Christian mentality on human sexuality which Clarey tries to address in a thoughtful manner.
I'm sorry that your country has reached that point regarding free speech of churches and would not want that here in my country. Though there are some nutter Christians who would gleefully jail me for some things I'm sure.
It's Christianity that made Whites great. Also, people who take the Bible seriously don't support feminism. And not all Evangelicals support YKW< especially the younger generation.
