  3. Couldn't watch, because narrator's voice. But I assume "secret" was the obvious: keep moving and eating protein.

    On healthy people 90 % of "age-related" issues are actually issues related to sedentary lifestyle and poor diet.

  4. I really appreciated how he kept learning and accomplishing new things even in 60s and 70s. Really inspiring, and I think that is probably as much of the secret to his youthfulness as the standard that we all know about: eat well and keep moving.

  5. Here is a female indian martial arts teacher, age 74-80 on these videos. Manages to "kick asses" in sari, staying graceful and feminine. Also her posture is so great.

    I saw her firts time on Joanna Lumley's travel program. She was 4 years older than Lumley at that time, and made her look like pathetic hag.

  6. @Elspeth: I have never understood why people stop learning and achieving. I mean learning new stuff is FUN. Why some elderly people don't want to have fun anymore?
