It always takes a non-Westerner (or at least a non-white person) to refute the madness. It's a sad state of affairs.
The way I feel it, it's because the true religion of the West is liberalism, and the whole point of liberalism is freedom from the consequences of one's actions.
I would have to find it, but I recall some years ago Fred Reed published a column about the Yankee Puritans and their link to libtard stupidity.
