The Return Of The Blogger

Someone said that with all the stuff happening around social media, people will return to the world of websites and blogging. One can only hope:) What do you think?

  1. yes, i left.

The reason is basic....the social media companies are harassing "free speech" to the extreme that anyone "caught" speaking against a political party of favor to the tech company is "put in jail" so to speak. That means that any dissenting views to their understanding of things is not allowed on their platform. Basically no one can mention that poor people actually exist and need to eat "Bread," The minute that is mentioned on their site....is the minute they say you are speaking "violently"....

It is time for real people to take a stand for REALITY (real people who need bread)

  2. Social media also make you open to surveillance, which never made any sense to me. I can choose which information I disclose about myself on the blog. Theoretically, it's also possible on social media, but literally everybody is connecting to all the friends and family, so it's very easy to gather all sorts of info about them.

  3. "Social media" was already embracing banality, so why wouldn't you expect a tendency to embrace it even more?

I'm expecting more cat pictures as well as HDR photos of everyone's meals ... OR ELSE. :-)

  4. Well, it depends, Twitter used to be pretty cool at one point. Also, what do you have against cat pictures? I just posted a couple myself! Cats make more sense than some people:)

  5. "... what do you have against cat pictures?"

We're trying to cut down on our dramatic orange cat's consumption of katzenpr0n. :-)

  8. I do hope society could go back to normal, but I'm afraid it's just wishful thinking at this point.
