And in the end, they same thing happened that happens with dogs who have too narrow gene pool: they get sick. Think about haemophilia in the royal families for example. Or the unattractive females of Wilkes family.Housewife Outdoorsnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3139017677124620997.post-10163491227332816602018-10-02T06:05:13.138-07:002018-10-02T06:05:13.138-07:00Well, yes, people knew about heritable traits way ...Well, yes, people knew about heritable traits way back in the 19th century. Remember Gone with the Wind and the dialogue in the beginning about this very topic? It's just that it's not politically correct anymore.

Apparently we are just supposed to procreate with the first the best loser or loserette who comes down the road:)And yes, women you describe are silly but it all pales in comparison with what happens when a man dares suggest that men should vet their wives beforehand - all Hell will break loose:) there have been recent Twitter examples to illustrate...

Sannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08124283361844607678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3139017677124620997.post-57213569933878137632018-10-02T05:05:21.470-07:002018-10-02T05:05:21.470-07:00I have some old medical books, written to public. ...I have some old medical books, written to public. It is interesting how all of them have a long chapters about choosing your spouse. Even back in the 20's people knew something about genetics and young women were advised not to marry men who drinks, has STD:s or some inheritable illness.

It seems to me that at some point after WW2 and concentration camps, people started thinking that if you think about the genes of your future kids, it is practically the same thing than killing disabled...

It also always puzzles me how women can claim "but I love him" when the man in question is most unsuitable. Drinker, beater or just plain stupid. How can they think they love someone they cannot respect?

Housewife Outdoorsnoreply@blogger.com
